I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand, and moved to the United States after earning my bachelor’s degree in Theatre. My journey later took me from Los Angeles to San Francisco and back to Los Angeles, where I earned my master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications.

My background in communication and marketing taught me how to listen carefully, present information clearly, and understand what motivates people. These skills now shape the way I represent my real estate clients—from preparing an offer and negotiating terms to positioning a property for sale.

Since earning my California real estate license in 2023, I have focused on residential properties across West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Venice. My hands-on experience working with homes and rental properties has also given me a practical understanding of property condition, maintenance, leasing considerations, and the realities of long-term ownership.

This perspective is especially valuable for first-time homebuyers and residential investors. I look beyond attractive listing photos to help my clients consider how a property may actually function, what questions should be asked, and whether it supports their long-term goals.
